Giving
INVEST IN WHAT GOD IS DOING.
Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
2 CORINTHIANS 9:7 (NIV)

In Person
Join us every Sunday at 10:00 AM and give in person at any time during the service.
Mail a Check
Make checks payable to Historical First Baptist Church and mail to:
Historical First Baptist Church
PO Box 351
Millington, TN 38083
Give Online opens our church website's giving page, where the secure checkout lives — pick your amount there and check out. Givelify lets you choose a gift amount and a purpose in the Givelify app or on the web. Every option above is one of the church's own — your gift lands in the same place as giving on our website.

Prayer
WE WOULD LOVE TO PRAY FOR YOU.
If you have a prayer request, use the church's prayer form below — the same form as our website. We will be praying with you!
Before you send
Once submitted, your request is shared with the Pastor, with church members who receive our public prayer list, and at each service that is streamed live.
Need it kept private? Choose "Make Confidential" on the form — or type "Unspoken" as your request — and it will not be shared publicly.
You can also ask the pastor to contact you — there's a question for that on the form.
The form asks for your name, email, and your request. When the form says your response is recorded, your request has reached the church — that's the real confirmation.

Policies & Info
THE FINE PRINT, IN PLAIN WORDS.

Privacy Policy
POLICIES & INFO
The short version: This app does not sell your information, does not track where you are, and does not require an account to use the public side.
What the app keeps on your phone
The app saves a few small settings on your own device so it works the way you left it — things like remembering that the opening video already played and your in-app preferences. That information stays on your phone. You can clear it any time by removing the app or clearing the site's data in your browser, and the Refresh App option in the menu restores a clean copy.
What the app does not do
- It does not sell, rent, or trade your information.
- It does not track your location. If you tap Directions, your own maps app opens — that app has its own privacy policy.
- It does not run ads or advertising trackers.
When you send something to the church
If you send a prayer request, a message, or a gift through the app, that information goes to the church or to the secure service named on that screen (see Prayer Requests and Giving below). The church uses it only to respond to you and to care for you — never for marketing lists and never for sale.
Questions
Call the church office at (901) 872-3411.

Prayer Requests
POLICIES & INFO
When you send a prayer request through this app, it goes to Historical First Baptist Church through the church's request form. Members of the church staff and prayer team read requests so we can pray with you and follow up when follow-up is wanted.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank or card information, or other highly sensitive details in a prayer request.
If someone is in danger or there is an emergency, call 911 first. Then, if you would like the church to know, call the church office at (901) 872-3411. This app is not monitored for emergencies.

Giving
POLICIES & INFO
Your card never touches this app. When you give online, the app hands you to a secure giving service — Givelify, or the giving page at hfbcmillington.org — and that service processes your gift under its own privacy and security rules. The app does not see, collect, or store your card or bank numbers.
You may also give in person during Sunday worship, or by check mailed to: Historical First Baptist Church, PO Box 351, Millington, TN 38083.
If you gave by mistake, entered the wrong amount, or need to change a recurring gift, call the church office at (901) 872-3411 and we will help you make it right. Giving records and year-end statements are kept by the church and its giving services, not inside this app.

About Sis. Amani
POLICIES & INFO
Sis. Amani is the church's virtual assistant — a helper built by the church, not a person sitting at a desk. She can answer questions about services, events, and church life, and she can point you to the right person.
Messages you send to Amani may be read by church staff so they can follow up and help you. Please do not send sensitive personal, medical, or financial information in a chat with Amani. For private pastoral matters, call the church office at (901) 872-3411 and ask to speak with someone directly.

Videos, Photos & Outside Links
POLICIES & INFO
Videos. Sermons and live streams play inside the app through YouTube. When a video plays, YouTube's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply to that playback.
Photos and recordings. The church photographs and records services and events, and worshipers — including children — may appear in them. These images belong to Historical First Baptist Church. You are welcome to share church posts and media with others; please do not sell them or use them for commercial purposes. If you have a concern about a photo or video of you or your child, call the church office at (901) 872-3411 and we will take care of it.
Outside links. Some buttons in this app open other websites or apps — giving, directions, forms, and similar. Once you leave this app, the site you land on has its own policies, and the church is not responsible for that site's content or practices.

Church Alerts
POLICIES & INFO
From time to time, the church posts alerts in this app — schedule changes, urgent church news, and important reminders — in the Alert Center and as an in-app notice. Alerts come from Historical First Baptist Church only.
You can manage alerts in Settings. Turning alerts off does not affect your membership, your giving, or any other part of church life.
